    Personal data relates to a living individual who can be identified from that data.     Article 6 Processing We will only process you personal data if we have consent from you the data subject; Article 9 Processing Processing is necessary for reasons of preventative or occupational medicine, for assessing the working capacity of an employee, medical diagnosis, the provision of health or social care or treatment or management of health or social care systems and services on the basis of EU or Member State law or a contract with a health professional;
  • What information do we collect from you?
    We will only ever collect information from you directly and always ask explicitly for your consent before processing any of personal data or via our third party data processors. We will never sell or pass on your data. Contact Section - Name, Email Address Job Application Section - Name, Address, Personal Information, National Insurance Number, Medical History, Criminal Convictions Website Analytics IP Address, Location Data, Cookies - No personal information will be collected or profiled.
  • Why do we collect this information?
    Contact Form - To allow us to communicate with you after requesting contact via our website or to include you on our mailing list only with your consent. Job Application Form - The information we ask for is used to assess your suitability for employment. You don’t have to provide what we ask for but it might affect your application if you don’t.
  • Who might we share this information with?
    We will only ever collect information from you directly and always ask explicitly for your consent before processing any of personal data or via our third party data processors. We will never sell or pass on your data. Data processors are third parties who provide our databases. We have contracts in place with our data processors. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us. They will hold it securely and retain it for the period we instruct.   • How long do we keep your information?
    Contact Form - Contact information will be retained for 6 months from the date of submission unless you have stated you wish to be on our mailing list, in this case we will require you to opt-in every 12 months via an opt-in email. Job Appliction - If you are successful, the information you provide during the application process will be retained by us as part of your employee file for the duration of your employment plus 6 years following the end of your employment. This includes your criminal records declaration, fitness to work, records of any medical checks and references. If you are unsuccessful at any stage of the process, the information you have provided until that point will be retained for 6 months from the date of submission. Information generated throughout the assessment process, for example interview notes, is retained by us for 6 months from the date of submission
  • How can I access the information you hold about me?
    Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data: - The right to request a copy of your personal data which Barclay Specialist Care Ltd holds about you, free of charge and within 30 days; The right to request that Barclay Specialist Care Ltd corrects any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date; The right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary for Barclay Specialist Care Ltd to retain such data; The right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time; The right to request that Barclay Specialist Care Ltd provide the data subject with his/her personal data and where possible, to transmit that data directly to another data controller. The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing; The right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office.
